Dinosaur 13 is out in theaters and On-Demand Today!  Following the story of the famous discovery of Sue the dinosaur. WINGS Fellow Sue Hendrickson whom the dinosaur fossil is named after, made the discovery 24 years ago this week in the Badlands of South Dakota working with a team from the Black Hills Institute.  The documentary follows the story of the ownership disputes of the astoundingly complete dinosaur fossil which is now a permanent feature at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago.  This film raises important concerns about the often intricate relationships between all those involved in the discovery; from private commercial fossil collectors, academics, nonprofit research organizations, Native American Tribal authorities, to even the Federal Government.  WINGS WorldQuest is very proud to celebrate and support a fellow responsible for such an outstanding discovery.

She is female. The biggest and baddest of all the dinosaurs was a girl.
